Becky joined BOSS CONTROLS with a background in Operations and HR. Having worked for other small and growing businesses she is able to draw on her experience to promote systems and processes which support the companies’ growth plans. Becky is a good communicator with strong people skills, so HR comes naturally to her. Her problem-solving skills mean she is able to review systems and processes to make them more efficient. Becky supports the rest of the team to make sure that the employees needs are met which in turn benefits the customer journey. Becky enjoys cooking vegetarian food and baking! She has a Law Degree from Exeter University. Outside of work, Becky is busy looking after two young daughters which fills up the rest of her time, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
