Vicky joined BOSS CONTROLS in 2016 when there were only eight employees – has seen the company grow to 26 employees. Vicky’s super quality strength is her creativity – she enjoys making BOSS CONTROLS look and sound its very best for all occasions – after all, first impressions count. She designed our website, writes our blogs and internal bulletins. She is curious and loves looking for new ways to promote the Boss brand and also enjoys speaking with clients to understand their needs, looking for opportunities to keep improving the customer journey. Vicky has been designing and marketing for many years, working with businesses Stagecoach Bus PLC, Suzuki GB PLC and lots of smaller businesses. Outside of work, Vicky runs a community initiative to help boost the self-esteem of teenagers by finding and nurturing their talent. Something interesting about Vicky is that she was Mayoress of Worthing 2017-2018! Vicky is proud to be working with BOSS CONTROLS and enjoys the positive culture of bringing the best out in its team.
