Job Description
As a Technical Sales Manager at BOSS CONTROLS, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts, blending technical expertise with robust sales acumen. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you will grasp customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborating with the sales & engineering teams to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Keeping up-to-date with company & industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications & experience
- Training on core BMS Manufacturers (Trend, Siemens, Distech, Tridium) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a technical sales role, preferably as a Sales Engineer.
- Strong understanding of BMS Products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
